ERP Systems Inc. believes that the success of an organization coincides directly to the quality of resources managing the affairs of the organization. ERPS specializes in meeting the critical resourcing needs of our clients. This is achieved by managing our client's projects on either a time & material or a fixed bid basis, and by supplementing our clients' resourcing needs on a permanent basis.
Before we engage with a client on a project it’s important to get the contract terms agreed and signed off. These will include: |
- Contract price and billing method, either fixed price or time and materials
- Confidentiality agreement
- Transfer of intellectual property rights to the client
- General liabilities of the parties
- Any other contract terms specific to the engagement

| Time and Material Contracts |
Not every project can be defined in detail before it starts. There may be too many unknown variable elements, such as an unspecified number of interfaces to develop, or a loose set of requirements that will be refined as part of the project itself.
In these situations clients sign a time and materials contract, where they agree to a price for different types of skilled resource from ERPS. Each phase of the project is planned in advance, by both ERPS and the client, and timescales and resources for that phase are agreed.
This form of contract is ideal for long-term engagements or projects where scope change is anticipated. |

| Fixed Price Contracts |
By agreeing a fixed price for the work to be done the client knows in advance how much they will be paying for the work performed by the experienced ERPS consultants.
This pricing and billing model is ideal for clearly defined projects, such as a software upgrade, through to a relatively simple ERP implementation. We will need access to all relevant documentation in order to assess the scope and complexity of the proposed project. From this we will be able to calculate a fixed price.
To ensure that work is completed in accordance with the client's requirements it is necessary for technical documentation, the project delivery schedule and the agreed price to be set out as part of the contract. |
